SSI engagements start at $1,500. More complex or multi-building work is custom quoted. SSP residential documentation starts at $750 where appropriate.

Multi-property remediation programs can be organized at the portfolio level — including carrier findings across multiple homes, storm-related documentation, repeated underwriting recommendations, completion tracking, and before/after records.
