About
Your Outsourced Facilities & Capital Management Team.
SSI exists so ownership can know what it owns, what it needs, what’s coming, and what happens next — without building a full internal facilities department to manage that work.
Who is behind SSI?
Ryan Hamm founded Stag Site Infrastructure from an owner’s decision-making background: capital allocation, underwriting, financial analysis, risk assessment, vendor evaluation, and building disciplined processes around complex decisions. That perspective shapes how SSI organizes facility information, frames capital priorities, and manages projects on the owner’s side — bringing in qualified technical professionals when specialized judgment is required.
SSI does not perform repairs, sell contractor work, or accept contractor or specialist referral fees tied to recommended work. SSI does not mark up third-party professional fees. We don’t sell the repair — we help you decide what needs to happen and manage the process on your behalf.
Why SSI exists
Organizations regularly make large facility and capital decisions without the information, procurement discipline, or internal bandwidth that larger organizations take for granted. SSI provides that owner-side structure: Baseline → Manage → Execute → Update.
How the work gets done
SSI uses a standardized field-assessment process to document facility assets, visible conditions, available records, and known requirements. That information is reviewed and incorporated into the facility record and capital plan. When a condition requires specialized technical judgment, SSI coordinates the appropriate qualified professional and incorporates those findings into the plan. SSI owns the process and the owner-side record; specialists provide expertise when it is actually required.
What SSI manages
SSI manages facility documentation, capital planning, compliance coordination, competitive procurement inside project engagements, and owner-side project oversight or full project management. Contractors perform construction. Licensed professionals retain design, engineering, and inspection determinations. The owner retains final approvals.
Clear roles
SSI is not an engineering firm, general contractor, or licensed inspection company. A standard Baseline Facility Assessment & Capital Plan is not a comprehensive engineering Facility Condition Assessment. When specialized expertise is required, SSI escalates to the right qualified professional and keeps the owner’s plan current.
